Winged Back Chairs

This pair of antique winged back chairs were reupholstered in a textile by Thibaut. Custom piping was added to seat cushions for improved durability and shape.

Antique settee reupholstered in a 100% wool felt by Danish Kvadrat, paired with a geometric textile by Maharam. Commissioned for curator Hayley Skurowski and displayed at the art show The Space Between the Breaths.

Swivel Bar Stools

This pair of vintage bar stools were reupholstered in a cobalt blue textile for Old Greenwich's FRED boutique. The seats were updated with new foam and cotton to look and feel brand new.

Tufted Miniature Chair

Sized for a child, this miniature chair was reupholstered in a pink on neutral linen blend by Duralee. Spot on for a little lady!

Slip Covered Club Chair

This club chair was reupholstered in a white linen weave to match the decor of an elegant living room in backcountry Greenwich.

Danish Mid Century Chair

This 1960s Bruno Hansen chair (designed by Henning Kjaernulf) was restored with a custom built seat, reupholstered in a geometric cotton print.

Oversized Tufted Armchair

This giant Lillian August vintage gem was found unwanted and dreadfully dressed in a corduroy and denim mismatch. It was brought back to glory in a beautifully woven cotton blend. The tub shaped back was tufted with 42 custom buttons.

Dining Room Chairs

This 6-chair dining room set needed updating after being through the early stages of family life. The chairs were reupholstered in a navy cotton print, paired with an orange linen used for custom double piping.

Ottomans

This pair of ottomans were reupholstered in a jute/cotton blend, which mimics the natural look of burlap while being softer to the touch.

Parlor Tub Chair

This turn of the century tub chair was updated by reupholstering its seat and inside back in a 100% oatmeal linen, and its outside back in a lime cotton print. The wooden frame was sanded and white washed, allowing the natural grain of the wood shine through.

Antique Swivel Stool

This old, charming piano stool is made in NY and was once a resident of Martha's Vineyard. We reupholstered its swivel seat in a cotton blend, and spruced up its legs by partially paining them gray.

Parlor Chair

White washed and reupholstered in natural linen and a cotton print. This chair is part of a 3-piece parlor set from the 1880s. In line with its original craftsmanship, the seat was rebuilt with no less than 11 layers of webbing, springs, burlap, horse hair, muslin, cotton and linen.

Dining Room Chairs

This 6-chair set was shipped to us brand new from Restoration Hardware. Our client had purchased them on sale, with a vision to transform. The seats and inside backs were reupholstered in a durable purple weave, while the outside backs were made to pop in a designer textile (also used for custom double piping).

Antique Tub Settee

This late 1800s settee was found in a very poor state. It was stripped to its bare wooden frame and rebuilt from scratch, reusing most of its original springs and high quality horse hair. The restored end result turned out beautifully. Reupholstered in a geometric linen, paired with a solid blue linen hugging the outside back. The wood frame was sanded and white washed.

Upholstered Bench

This Restoration Hardware bench was reupholstered in a two-layered rayon/polyester weave. It is currently adding color and functionality to an entryway in a beautiful home in New Canaan, CT.
